- Do I have to pay value added tax (VAT)?

Since our shop is based in Germany, the 16% VAT doesn’t apply to orders outside of the EU. If your order is shipped to the US, you enjoy Tax-Free Shopping by paying the VAT-free price!
After giving your delivery address in the US, you will find your updated totals exclusive of VAT at checkout.

- Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, in 2020 we offer free shipping around the world on orders over €79.

- How soon can I expect my order?

The delivery time takes approximately 14-20 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends and public holidays.
Due to the high volume of orders and the COVID-19 pandemic, products ordered after 20th November are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas time. We thank you for your patience and understanding.


- How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and you will expect to receive your order within approximately 14-20 working days. A tracking number is available on request.

- Where do you ship to?

We offer Worldwide Shipping: Domestic delivery to Germany, Standard Shipping to the European Union and to the Rest of the World (ROW). As an international shopper, you now get the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout, cost-effective international shipping, and much more.
The shipping cost doesn’t account for any import taxes/customs fees. These fees are not under our control and apply according to the regulations of your selected country of delivery. Please refer to your local customs authorities for more information.

- What are the different shipping costs?

For orders below €79 the following shipping costs apply:
USA - €39
Germany - €9
Europe - €19
Switzerland - €29
Other countries - €39

- What forms of payment are accepted?

- How can I return my order?

You have 14 days to revoke this contract. In order to exercise your revocation right, please first inform us: customerservices@exclusive.drubba.com
We’ll give you a full refund minus shipping cost by the same method you used to pay. You bear the direct costs for returning the products. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us.
